North Herts Music Making

We aim to increase participation in live music in North Hertfordshire and to increase attendance at local musical events
We aim to assist member organisations in promoting their activities

We will do this by hosting our web site which acts as a focal point for the promotion of live music making in North Hertfordshire, providing information about the activities of local groups and their events
We will also do this by developing contact between our member organisations, encouraging mutual support, co-operation and development
Our web site contains information about member organisations and links to further information which is of benefit to them
Our Events Calendar provides a list of live musical events in the North Hertfordshire area, enabling all interested parties to access information about the activities of local musical groups.

You will have direct access to our Events Calendar. This will enable you to add, amend and to delete your own group’s concert dates using your individual username and password
You will have a promotion page about your group and a link to your its web site or contact
Traffic to your own web site will increase
You will have the ability to access the NHMM webmaster to request updates to your promotion page details

We intend to start an e-newsletter, which member organisations will receive and to which they may contribute
We intend to start a discussion forum for the sharing of ideas, joint promotions, marketing and fund-raising
We intend to use the collective power of the member organisations to lobby for better support locally and nationally and for better facilities
